This building has a lot of 1930's charm with high ceilings, and radiator heat. The minus is its location is awkward for drop offs ie., ride shares or cabs.

Top issues while staying at 7100 S. South Shore Apt. Homes: * Mice (inside walls and unit): only a hand full of units out of hundreds were being treated. * Temp: 80-90 degrees inside units and halls even if you had an a/c unit (all year around) * Hallway carpets were ***NEVER*** shampooed or deep cleaned and only vacuumed once every one to two weeks in my total stay of 1.5 years. * No Trash Chute!!!!!!!!: Trash and waste spills from tenant units - elevators - common areas leading outside to the disposal can which was not close to the side entrance. * Pet urine in elevators and common areas. The property management team was very responsive and professional but it wasn't enough for me to renew my lease. Moving sucks but I definitely couldn't stay!!!
