Thank you Steve at Bike & Trike Outlet I was getting an error message on the motor of my electric trike. I took it to Bike & Trike Outlet. I was his second customer of the day and waited to talk to Steve, but it was well worth it. When he met with me, he listened patiently, asked questions and took the bike for a 15 minute test drive. He gave me a diagnosis and solution at no charge. I was somewhat skeptical, as I had been prepared to leave the bike and maybe have to pay hundreds of dollars for a repair. I got home, rode the bike following his instructions, and he was RIGHT. Problem solved. Thanks Steve, you saved me from missing more riding time and money. Thankful Customer, Steven G

Steve is an expert at matching the right bike or trike to the rider according to his or her needs - and wants. This is an outstanding Trike shop! He has a great selection to order from and will fit you to the trike and make all adjustments before you leave. We have purchased all our trikes from Steve, the last 4 or 5 years, and have upgraded to another style of trike with suspension under the seat this last year. My riding buddy has a few health issues and the power assist makes biking a possibility for her and gives her the reassurance of power in case of health difficulties. I even was able to get back on the trike a few days after shoulder surgery because of the positioning of our arms in a trike rather than a bike. Today I had an issue with my speedometer and my power assist. Steve gave me suggestions over the phone based on me verbalizing my problems and Voila ----- with his astounding knowledge of the trike systems, he fixed it remotely!!! I took my bike in for repairs and they said they had more expensive bikes to work on. Edit: I do appreciate the owner's response, but I called twice on my way from Millard and there was no answer. That could have saved me a lot of time and gas if someone could have taken less than a minute to tell me they were too busy to help. The person I talked to in the shop told me to come back at the end of September and maybe I'd get lucky. No offer to make an appointment later or put my bike in even if it would take a while, which I would have. When I asked, he couldn't tell me for sure if anyone could actually fix my bike. He did show me the fancy recumbent bikes he was working on, though.
