It’s the cleanest nursing home I’ve ever worked at and the residents are truly taken care of. However, the girls are petty and make the work environment very tense. Be careful who you speak to. No one scared me away, it’s just getting paid as an aide for only 18.24 isn’t worth the drive or the abuse. The girls will nit pick until they tear you apart and make you quit it’s honestly not worth the abuse. When I had an interview, the place was talked up like it was the greatest place to wok at. I wondered why they were so short staffed. Now I know why. No one wants to work with girls who are petty and will bully the new aides. I hope they have fun taking care of extra residents and going back being short staffed again.

This place is amazing but the managers in the kitchen are horrible. Been there 5 year and a friend who been 6 month is making 12$!!! I love my people with all my heart but I’m don’t. DO NOT WORK FOR THE KITCHEN!

Check out their ratings on Medicare.gov. DO NOT put your loved ones here if you care about them. There are many nursing homes that are better in Carlisle. Please do not subject your elderly relatives to this place. UPDATE: As for the request that I contact them, my family did contact them about the particular situation and they did nothing.

One of the worst homes in PA. Don’t let them fool you, shady stuff goes on in here. I was too afraid to stay anything when my mother stayed there, but now that she’s out I finally feel like I do a service to others by warning them about this place. Many other better homes in the area
