SEi is quick to call when whenever the alarm at our office goes off. Most of the time the alarm is mistakenly set off by an employee. The one time there was a security issue, SEi was quick to notify the police.

I am very happy with this security company. I have used them for 12 years and felt very safe. Ginno explained everything and made sure equipment worked properly with my security system and cameras.

We needed our outdoor SEI camera reset after an Internet router upgrade. SEI technician Ginno Cervantes called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was super knowledgeable about what needed to be done. He clearly and thoroughly explained everything he was doing so I could perform a camera reset if needed in the future. We have had only a couple of service calls in the 10+ years we have had the SEI service and have been very happy with SEI. Ginno is a great technician. I am posting this in the hopes that Ginno’s manager sees this review and gives him the kudos he so richly deserves.

Alarm systems come in all different shapes, sizes, and configurations. Manufacturers make many types of systems with varying capabilities. The biggest factor that comes into play is age. As a general rule of thumb, alarm systems installed after the year 2000 are prime candidates for reuse. We offer free consultations and assessments, we'd be happy to take a look at the system and give you know an exact answer. You can find more information on take-overs on our blog link: https://seisecurity.com/looking-for-a-new-alarm-monitoring-company-we-offer-free-takeovers/
On average, you want to change the battery every 3 to 5 years.
