Today I went to Trek for the first time ever. I've always wanted to get in to biking on anything other than a Walmart bike (not hating on walmart, everyone deserves a bike poor or not). I was given very useful information and tips that gave me so much more confidence. I left with everything i needed! I will definitely keep going back as long as I keep biking.

2nd time visiting and let me tell both interactions with Joe have been phenomenal. He is knowledgeable and approachable . This bike shop is great to wander around in and ask questions WITHOUT the judgemental looks. This time I Met Chris who also was really cool to speak with and ask questions to. Even with being short staffed still felt at home. The store is well maintained ,refreshments are available as well. Looking forward to doing more business with them.

We attended the Wrench n' Ride with Michelle and Chris. Amazing service started before we even got in the store (helping us take our bikes off the rack) After having our bikes checked up, we enjoyed a beautiful ride with Michelle. Back at the shop, Chris taught us how to clean and oil our chains (and why to do it). We were thrilled with the friendly customer service and believe he went above and beyond to help us. Thanks for a great night!

Great customer service! Chris helped me solve a problem I had with bags not fitting on my frame. He also went the extra mile and looked up something for me though he and his shop may not benefit.

Should be able to upgrade components depending on what you're needing. I know the store has a wide variety of add-ons like kick stands, bottle holders in many colors & finishes, safety lights, phone or sport cam holders, helmets or other Trek gear as well as bike trailers and accessories for your car to carry your bike. I would give the store a call or drop by as they are super helpful and friendly!
