While back the current manager of this salon Lyndsey was trying to talk to me about a complain of one of her employees about me but her approach was very unprofessional, unethical and rude by not following the correct procedure to convey her message to me in polite manner and to respect my privacy and dignity but she told me about the issue in walmart exit in front of walmart door greeter, some customers and my family, she has the right to take care of her employee's concerns and address their issues but in meantime she must follow the proper procedures to address an issue with customers or others by respecting their privacy, dignity and personality, later i complained to her district lady manager about her unprofessional interaction and conduct with me i don't what action was taken, she should have pulled me aside from others and expressed her concern or anything else she wanted to say but yelling and talking to someone in public is totally unacceptable, unethical and unprofessional which is damaging the reputation of a business
