I want to shout a big thank you to the domino's pizza location in James city, especially to Devynn for her courtesy and great service and understanding the situation for us with a mix up we had with our order, she really does make the customer happy🙂. We will gladly come back 🙏🙏

We've been ordering from Domino's in James City for a while now, but tonight, the customer service was shocking. I called in one pizza to pick up in a 30 minute time frame and when I arrived it wasn't in the system. The cashier said she remembered taking my order, but never took my name, so I was unsure what happened. She said she was new and needed help. I understand and was willing to wait for my pizza, but she didn't know how to enter the order and when asking another employee for help, no one would assist. She then began cursing and walked out. I asked if anyone could take my order and I was told they didn't have time with a rude tone. Customer service is a big deal and I will not return to this location.

They are always fast, polite and my order is always correct. It doesn’t matter who is working. I love my Dominoes location!!!
