Worst patient service I have ever experienced

I had seen excellent reviews with the doctor I was wanting to schedule with. 8 days later I called because they had still not contacted me to schedule an appointment. After holding I am told "We never got your referral". My insurance doesn't require a referral but maybe they want to screen patients to make sure they are appropriate so - ok. My problem is that they can't call me to let me know my doctor didn't send the paperwork they want? I'm left hanging? I have symptoms that I would like to get corrected so 8 days isn't acceptable to me. Then she drops the bombshell, "The doctor doesn't have any openings until December anyway". Why is it that so many clinics have awful front office service??

Impressively bad customer service. They got my prescription wrong for 1 and then upon trying to fix it, they assured me they'd have everything fixed quickly and I called back 6 times within 2 days and eventually it became we'll fix it within 24 hours. It never got fixed and they won't put you through to the office so you're stuck talking to their call center. Edit: I just went there in person to get it all sorted out and they basically yelled at me and said they had 72 hours to get it done...so I'm still in a holding position wondering/waiting, will I get my prescription and when? Plus, not only did they send in the wrong prescription to the pharmacy, but later on the pharmacy told me they had to cancel it because they sent it under the wrong profile.

The most incompetent group of staff members ever. I called and was #10 in queue, waited and was #3 in queue, next automated voice said I was #10 in queue again. After 45 minutes, I hung up and left a message. I received a call back 7 days later. In the meantime I had driven over to the office (12 miles), and found the counter person just sitting there!!!! Who the heck answers phones at this place and who answers messages????? What a horrible staff. I’m so glad my doctor is leaving this place.
