Walk in to ask in regards of the kids class for my 10yo. The lady on the desk was super rude to the point I felt like she wasn’t welcome there. They definitely have to work on their costumers service

My 5 year old son came here for the Jiu-Jitsu classes for almost a year. The staff is super friendly and good with integrating new kids to on going classes, coach Alicia is caring and understanding with kids. I am specially impressed by how good of an instructor coach Isaiah Monroe is to kids, the patience he has and the ability to explain things to little kids is amazing. The rest of the coaches are really good with kids just don't have time to mention them all. Thanks for everything!

I went to this gym for two weeks. Both weeks were amazing. The gi and no gi sessions were all very knowledgable. They’re very diverse in the moves they teach both in gi and without. The fundamental and advanced classes are full of great instructors who are seasoned and very well versed if you plan on learning for competition or just self defense and fitness. I myself carried some of the moves I learned here with me to other gyms and have used them. The muay thai is great. We learned different kicks, sparred, and I always end up leaving better then I was the day before and completely drenched in sweat. I will come back for more soon.

Great school for self defense, competition, or just to get in a great workout, they offer MMA & Jiu Jitsu Gi/No Gi. I’ve trained in 3 countries and 3 states and Team Roc is definitely up there in my opinion as Elite, whether you’re a ranked fighter or a day one martial artist or anywhere in between. Jah bless and Aloha 🤙🏼
