Do not rent from this company. The cars are dangerous to drive. I rent a car and had to return in less than 10 mins. They exchanged for another which was also bad. After returning the car from renting a week. The charged me a fuel fee for the returned dangerous car. Not even the car I rented. Why are you people like that. Plus there is no one on site. You will be talking to someone on a screen. They will charge you fees for everything. Do not rent from this company

The vehicle they supplied me with was in bad shape. I was hearing a loud noise coming from the wheels. sounded like the wheels were going to fall off. they obviously don’t check their vehicles before renting them out. i would never rent from this place again. btw they are affiliated with “rent-4-less” they are the same company.

Garbage place, cars and customer service. Do not rent from here, car was very unsafe and ended up being returned the next morning.

At the Fort Lauderdale International Airport, Once you have picked up your luggage and you are ready for pick up please follow the instructions depending on the terminal you are on: DO NOT GO TO THE RENT A CAR CENTER, STAY AT YOUR TERMINAL GROUND FLOOR (Arrivals level). Look for the blue sign “OFF AIRPORT PARKING” PICK UPS ARE: Between terminal 1 and 2 Between terminal 2 and 3 At the end of terminal 4 (On terminal 4, you MUST be at the end of the white kanopi). Call us once you are there so we can schedule a shuttle for you (866) 327-7037 Board a BIG BLUE BUS that says “PARK N FLY” Enter your flight number when you book with us. To be able to follow up on your arrival.
No, you have to take the shuttle there. 5min away.
