Signed in, had people walk in after me,who knew a spectrum worker, kiss and a hug,bring cupcakes in a box,and you get taken care of without even signing in! Several people walked out because of this!

The customer service is very slow. Seven employee working but only helping three customers. There are 16 customers waiting in line.
