I am pleased with the kindness and care I receive. Going above and beyond my expectations. Michelle listens closely to what and where my needs are to the specific areas of pain I am dealing with at the present time. I like that she is detailed why the specific exercise is important and what it does. I highly recommend physical therapy here.

I started going to Physical Therapy after a few months of Chiropractor sessions with little relief. Despite the majority of my family working in the medical field, I am one of those people that don't like going to doctors. Upon arrival my first instructor was named Michelle Spees and I have never been felt more welcomed and comfortable in a medical facility than in Michelle's care. She jumped right in trying to help me. She is understanding. Unlike the chiro I was seeing, she helps me troubleshoot what works for my pain and helps me understand where it's coming from and how to manage my pain with routine stretches and activities. I felt helpless for a while. I now have a few tools to help me make it through the day. I feel cared for here and not like a source of income for the facility. That's very important to me, and Michelle had a lot to do with it.

I'm wasn't a huge fan of physical therapy because of past experiences at other clinics... But from the moment I made the appointment with Advanced Physical Therapy Solutions, to going to their office and interacting with the receptionists in the front to the therapists and other staff in the back, I have received plenty of bright smiles, well mannered and attentitive care. The wait time in the waiting room was pretty short. The therapist I had explained in detail of the problem I have that I was diagnosed with from my doctor. Then physically showed me while explaining the whole time, what positions I would be placed into. Guided me, so I wouldn't fall, and finished off with information about going forward from there. Thank you very much!

We have 1:1 treatment rooms for our evaluations and treatments, but if we need to get to a larger piece of equipment or need more room to move around, we may go to our larger room. Since we only see 1 person at a time, our large room is relatively wide open.
From what I've seen walking through, yes, they do.
