I went there on a Friday afternoon and was able to checked in, get six sutures for a laceration, and get out within an hour. I thought that was excellent. Everywhere else in our area was packed with ninety minute waits in their waiting rooms. The Physician Assistant who stitched me up was also EXCELLENT and had experience working at a trauma center and over a year of experience helping a plastic surgeon. The guy had knowledge, skill and ability. Highly recommended. The ONLY negative was the air conditioner in the building was malfunctioning and I am optimistic that was a temporary problem. UPDATE: I see from a past review that the air conditioner has been broken for more than a month! I adjusted my review from five stars to two stars. SORRY… FIX YOUR AIR CONDITIONER!!!

Everyone was great, the lady who took my vitals and paperwork to Dr. Cleavland (sorry I don't remember his last name) and the x-ray tec were all outstanding. The doctor explained everything better than any doctor I have ever had, and at 75 years old I have had a few. By coincidence a friend had the need to go to MedExpress a few days before me and the same people treated her, and she also could not say enough positive as I have about how great an experience was. I would recommend MedExpress to anyone.

Went to MedExpress as a new resident. My child needed stitches and I was out of sorts. They were great from start to finish. The whole experience was quick and painless. Their practitioner was so good with our child and made sure we followed up on a day he was working. Overall made having a hurt child so much less stressful.
