I had purchased my vehicle from this dealership and had a good experience back in 6/21. After having service done to the vehicle, it has been the worst experience ever!!! I had multiple problems with my '21 Kia Sorento since I had it. Each time I made an appointment someone else calls and tell me in order for them to look at it, the vehicle needed to have a check engine light on and cancels the appointment. One day while driving home, the check engine light pops on out of nowhere. I proceeded to call Kia of Warrington letting them know that NOW THE CHECK ENGINE Light is ON. They proceeded to tell me to bring it in, they kept it a whole day. And to my surprised, they turned the light off and told me there was nothing wrong and go have a nice day. Next day while driving the light pops back on and called them back. This time speaking to a so-called manager telling me that there was nothing they could do. Thank goodness I didn't listen to them, I proceeded to take it to another KIA (Race Way KIA of Conshohocken), and they fixed the problem. I had to miss work and spent money trying to get around while the Sorento was getting fixed. KIA don't care about you when your vehicle is under warranty. Even if it cost you YOUR SAFETY!! THEY DO NOT CARE!!!! To add salt to injury, I never received the referral funds that I was promised to me over a year ago for sending my family to purchase vehicles from KIA of Warrington!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Called and made an appointment for 3:30, met with Mike and he had Hezekiah Bard work with me. We went over what I was looking for, the price range I wanted to be in. I was looking for a Rio since that is what I bought from Gateway in August of 2012. Unfortunately there were non available. Hezekiah showed me a few vehicles but I was uncomfortable with the price range. He spent some time and came up with a 2023 Soul LX that I could lease for 36 months. The trade dollar amount they gave me for my Rio was fare and the monthly payment although a little more than I wanted to go but I figured I would be ok. This is the third car I bought from Gateway and have also recommended Gateway to my son who purchased a Forte about a year and a.half ago. I will certainly use Gateway again. Hezekiah was a pleasure to work with.

I would strongly suggest not buying from this dealer. Went with my folks today and I was absolutely appalled at their rude snarky comments and lack of eye contact. Our family Sorrento engine just went after having the car only three years and there's "nothing they can do." Mentioned how they are privately owned and don't need to operate under Kia's corporate umbrella.

Take it back unless its sold as is where is if its new go rite in to the service writer and say fix it and oll take a rental until its fixed call me when its done . I do motike that place they ran my moms credit 17 tomes and harrassed her to buy a car
