Bought a car from here 2 months ago. During all the paper work they took out the money for 3 years of registration. I still have not seen it. Everytime I have called the number online they either don't pick up the line or will pick it up and hang up immediately. This has left a sour taste in my mouth. I would encourage not using this place in the future. Update: After contacting corporate they had my registration the next business day at my house. Carmax as a company has redeemed itself but I don't recommend this location. Update #2: It has now been a year since I've used carmax. I have just received certified mail saying I abandoned my old car in Philly and need to pay for it asap. The problem here is that carmax had purchased my old car from me when I got the new car. I thought I was done dealing with this stuff smh.

A mask is required, as it should be, by salesmen and potential buyers. Handsfree hands sanitizer is available as soon as you walk in. Plenty of space between everyone there. It's a spacious, high ceilinged establishment with plenty of seemingly fresh air!
That's just what we tried to do at the carmax in King of prussia. They won't let you swap vehicles unless you have great credit, if not then they'll make sure you stay upside down on your present loan to avoid you getting another, or they'll also ask you for cash up front. Like in my case they wanted $5,000 cash in order for us to exchange my 2013 truck for the same year SUV and same price of what we owe. But carmax and their loaners wasn't tryn to hear that,they wanted cash on top of the SUV loan, so we'll just stick with this loan till completed. So weather you go to carmax, or any other car dealer, their gonna want some cash on top for your present car loan.

Their ability to provide a car to someone with a disability is based on inventory. CarMax isn't known for customizing vehicles. They will have vehicles transferred to and from various locations so that your travel is cut down to just your local CarMax as well.
