Excellent Staff!
Patrick Smith
Have been a customer with a LI Banfield for 2 years. Staff at my local Banfield have always been great. Puppy plan that I started with definitely saved me $$$. The only negative I can say is it’s tough to get an appointment in an emergency case. My dog recently had a bad ear infection and rash. I wasn’t able to get an appointment locally and was traveling that day. Crunched with time I ended up bringing my dog with me. Seemed like every local Banfield was short staffed and busy. I called the Banfield that was out of state where we were traveling and they happen to have an opening. When I arrived at the location in King Of Prussia the staff were all attentive and professional. Dr Andrew Palm earned my 5 STARS. After evaluating Ollie he spent 10-15 minutes explaining everything to me (medications, treatment and long term care). Ollie’s medication was expensive and he was also able to provide me a more affordable choice. I didn’t get the girls name at the front desk but she was great to. Looked up everything in the computer for me. If your in the King of Prussia area definitely make your appointments with Dr Palm. Thanks again to the team for all the help. Ollie’s doing great!!!!

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
