We stayed for 2 nights in June and it was a pleasant experience. The motel has been there for MANY years. I remember passing by with my family as a child. The condition of the motel is decent, and expected, for it's age. Our room was not dirty, just a little outdated. It was convenient to both the beach, boardwalk, and other shops along Coastal Highway. We had a decent view of the ocean and boardwalk from our balcony. The ladies at the counter were friendly and helpful. There is a cafe on the 1st floor, but we did not eat there so I cannot comment on it. The beds were comfortable, but my wife did not like the provided pillows. The small kitchenette was nice, even though we didn't use it much. I'm sure we would have if we stayed for a longer time. Our biggest complaint is the lack of towel bars in the bathroom. Please add at least 1 or 2 so we have a place to hang our towels and/or clothes. Unfortunately, the cost of staying in Ocean City has skyrocketed over the years, so a few nights is all we want. We could absolutely consider staying here again in the future.

5-star for the price point. rooms were a bit small for my family of four, and the divider wall was missing. aside from that, it's a great deal considering the location. staff was attentive and friendly - the room was clean for the most part - but this was to be expected for a motel on the boardwalk. i would recommend staying here if you don't mind being cramped together and on a budget.

Stayed in 5 th floor efficiency North building. This is a no frills basic hotel in a GREAT location. You can walk to beach Restaurants and mini golf. Room is spacious and beds are comfy. “ kitchen “ is very small with no counter space. I can’t imagine cooking a full meal there but it was great for heating leftovers and breakfast, lunch. They do have some pots pans for stove top but nothing that you can cook in the oven with. It’s a bit inconvenient Tokyo to lobby from north building and there is minimal housekeeping ( fine by me ). We did have a partial ocean view from balcony- that was nice. There is no ice maker . The pool is mall but clean and nice. GREAT patio outside pool area.

This place was so perfect for our family weekend beach trip. We loved it so much we added another night! ❤️ Kitchen is awesome and super clean! The whole layout is very thoughtful and we will certainly be back. Ps. The staff at the front desk was amazing. Thank you for making our vacation so fun! 🙏
