Modern, clean, friendly staff, and decent options for breakfast. Room price was a good value and check in/out was quick and easy via online/email. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely consider staying here again.

Check in was quick and courteous with recognition for IHG membership. Staff was friendly and always with a hello or smile. Breakfast crew made sure everything was filled and in order. The property is clean, taken care of and in close proximity to points of interest. Check out was quick and friendly. We return to this property annually for our spring event.

I was a little disappointed because l was told l was a block away from the boardwalk when booking the room, l was on 127 Street the boardwalk was on 10 Street the room l wanted to be in was the one where u can overlook the ocean l was overlooking a root top not cute if u want to look from a side view u can. The Older gentlemen were very pleasured at the front desk if u call the front desk and need anything he was on it will bring it to your room very good customer service.

I love staying here during the winter season. The views are great and the staff are excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The only thing that we had an issue was the breakfast. The lack of options and seating was an issue. When the hotel is almost sold out, you have all those people trying to eat in a very small space. I guess they were working on the other dining hall, but they should have informed us of that at check in. I had a better food experience at a different hotel.
