Great location- directly on the beach and boardwalk! The hotel itself is just okay. My carpets were stained, sofa-bed had stains, bathroom door was falling apart. The indoor pool was cold- apparently it's not heated. The breakfast was also just okay. No pastries, muffins, cinnamon rolls, fresh fruit, etc. Dry pancakes one day, and stale waffles the next. It could be better for the amount they're charging per night! There is hardly any parking in the garage but they do have plenty of parking across the street. They allow dogs so expect barking at night. Again, great location but hotel was overpriced for what it is.

The property was phenomenal. It is easy to get to and parking was so easy in the parking garage. It all started upon check in, we met a fantastic associate (Amanda) that checked us in, it went quick and efficient. After getting our bags out of the car we proceeded to the room, it was sealed saying it was sanitized, and it was AMAZING, so much room and CLEAN!!! The view was outstanding, the ocean was so calming. During our stay we received a text asking if everything was ok, I replied back asking if the text was really monitored and it WAS. The very few questions I had I used text messaging and was pleasantly surprised to get answers quickly. Our Stay was wonderful and would recommend this location for anyone that wants to get away! There were several associates that went beyond what we felt was normal customer service, please pass this on to their manager that they are a great asset to the facility. Amanda C. Visited the Hyatt for an impromptu birthday celebration for my husband. The staff, the room were wonderful. We did have to request bath towels however, but the staff member that brought them up was fast and friendly. Liked it so much that we added another night. We're already checking our calendars to plan when we can go again! Great location!

Very clean and staff was super friendly! Being dog friendly is amazing; we love to come down in the off season with our pup. Every single employee said hello to him and he loved it. He is a trick/agility dog so he loves attention from people! Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
