Great staff. The room we were assigned the sliding glass door didn't open. Call front desk and gave us a new room immediately. The pool, tiki bar and restaurant was great. Location is close to everything. We never took the car out to go anywhere. Walk everywhere. Got my steps in!

By far the most dirties place I’ve ever stay! $1800+ for a week and I can just say place grossed me out every single day! Definitely not a family hotel because of the bar being by the pool where I was expecting to relax with my kids instead we where surrounded by drunk people all the time!

I did not stay at Hotel as a guest, however I did visit the Boozy egg attached bar. Service was terrible. Taking into account staff shortages and new employee training awful staff. Definitely will recommend much better options to north oc guest. Beach barrels so much better.

Incredibly overpriced for the value. This is one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve stayed at in some time. We were first put in a room where out “patio” was literally the hotel bar. We have 4 kids so that was an immediate NO. They moved us down the hall which was fine. Secondly, the rooms are incredibly damp, the mini fridge had someone’s leftover food in it and sticky purple stuff I had to wipe up myself. The kitchenette itself was so run down and old- random dishes that didn’t match. They gave us 9 spoons and 2 knives, no forks. The beds were uncomfortable and had stained sheets. I couldn’t even sleep the two night we were there because the place grossed me out but being that we paid $600 we couldn’t afford to book somewhere else. Only thing 5 star is location, right on the beach, across the street from Dunkin’ for coffee and there is an awesome taco truck next door. This place needs a complete overhaul before trying to charge these prices in the summertime.
