Positive: The rooms look renovated. Looks like fresh paint, nice size bathroom and loved the shower size, no tub needed. Negative: It's advertised as a suite, but there is no separate room. It seems like it's called a suite because it has a fridge and sofa sleeper.

(May 28, 2022) Went to this event in the “Alvin Snyder” room. The setup was really nice. The food & of coarse the presentation was great. Everyone worked really hard to bring this thing together & I thank you. I really appreciated it.

First time staying here. I usually stay at the Residence Inn down the street but the reviews have been bad lately. It seems like many hotels have gone down in quality since covid, but not the Hilton hotels. I traveled quite a bit last Fall and I noticed the hotel reviews for many hotels. I'm glad I decided to stay here. The hotel room seemed pretty clean expect for some dusty area like the panel above the nightstand. There were plenty of parking. I did mobile check in and I love that I got to pick my room. I have a couple of complaints though... 1- I did mobile check in and selected the digital key option. I got to my room to find the digital key didn't work. I went to the front desk, and was told that the digital keys are not working. They were having some issues. Fortunately my room was on the first floor and I had to take my luggage and my 2 pups to the lobby to get my keys; 2- I picked the first floor by the pool because I was traveling with 2 little pups. First floor is convenient for me to take them out in the middle of the night. The other 2 vacant rooms were near the lobby and elevators. I figure near the pool should have less traffic and more quiet. I was wrong. Something was going on shortly after I checked in around 7. There was a lot of traffic and some loud talking and music. Just for a short period of time, but the voices and people walking outside my room got my pups barking. Then the people staying in the room next door was talking loud. I could hear their cell phone ringing. I stayed in Room 102. 3- this didn't bother me but this will for light sleeper. The AC/Heating unit is loud when running. Check the video I uploaded. There were some spots outside for the dogs, but there is no sidewalks to take my dogs in a morning walk. I do love that this hotel has no pet fee!! It's great when I'm only staying 1 night. Breakfast, they have sliced bread, Bagels, muffins, Danish, oatmeal, waffles, yogurt, juices and coffee. I would stay here again but I wouldn't stay on the first floor again!! I also noticed that my room was taped shut with a Lysol sticker that indicated my room was clean. Recommend dusting the panels.

They were always very nice until Last time I stayed here and I had 3 bicycles stolen from the back of my truck, they were all chained and locked. I was parked in the very front of the building. They guy parked next to me had his driver side window smashed in and everything stolen. Of course, you park here at your own risk. I got no discount, no sorry, just an evil eye and nasty tone because I asked if I still had to pay for my room after loosing $1200 worth of bikes. This was a few years ago and I haven’t stayed here since because of this incident.
