I’ve happened to stay in Albany NY at a very unusual weekend. Some type of convention was occurring. I had a complaint of music being too loud, mind you, there’s always people smoking and kids being kids. Not specifically at this hotel but, other various hotels. Completely normal, nothing that I would ever call the front desk to complain about. Front desk staff were awesome, as expected.

Always enjoy my stays at the Residence Inn. The rooms are all spacious,service is good, and a full breakfast is still available. It is conveniently located next to the Crossgate Mall and close to everything.

Easy to find and conveniently located!Neat, clean, roomy, and, bonus - really friendly and courteous staff! The room was spacious and comfortable and contained a sofa, table and chairs, desk with desk chair, and plenty of outlets. The kitchenette was fully stocked with all essentials to prepare meals, delicious coffee, and tea. The bathroom was really big with the well lit sink separate. The buffet breakfast was vast, hot, and delicious. All attempts to meet different dietary needs are evident. We left well rested and looking forward to another stay at Residence Inn!!

From the moment I checked in to checking out the experience was great. The hotel is very clean and well kept. The room was spacious and impeccable. The bed and pillows were as expected, comfortable. I did check out the fitness room - it has what is needed for a good workout. The breakfast buffet has something for anyone, was clean, well stocked and fresh. This location is across from Walmarts and other stores for immediate needs, making it perfect for me.
