Called about pain in lower back! Got me appointment the next day and gave me a shot to help with my pain! Nursing staff was amazing, and dr knabb was fantastic!

Was told I needed to wear a mask. I explained that I have bad anxiety and that they cause panic attacks. I was still forced to wear one after explaining this. I had a panic attack. Now I've been removed as a patient because I have a medical condition that does not allow me to wear a mask. I used to think so highly of Dr. Knab. Not anymore.

Dr. Knab and his staff are fabulous! Living with a neuromuscular disease, creates stress on my joints and is always changing as muscles atrophy. Right before last Thanksgiving, one of my SI joints became incredibly painful, making it difficult to place any weight on that leg - even to move it. Very lucky when I called for they were able to work me in within a day! Dr. Knab spent a great deal of time explaining the situation in my joint, discussing my choices for approaching this problem, and explaining the pros and cons of each therapy. I loved that he had several options to consider - none of which was a drug, but rather a variety of ways to attempt to resolve the cause of the pain. Although he warned the pain would increase initially after shockwave therapy, he felt shockwave would provide good results, with most patients doing three treatments. The therapy itself was only slightly uncomfortable, but the pain 12 hours later was just as he had warned - pretty awful for a couple of days. Can't lie, 'twas very painful; however, well worth it because I needed only one treatment to become pain-free! Not even a twinge! And I am 7 months out and never give that old SI joint a thought. Could not be happier with my results!

I know they took my BCBS insurance. The bigger question is if they are accepting new patients right now.
Dr Aurora at center for pain management is great. I've been going to him for 5 years and hes always been honest and very knowledgeable with a great bedside manner. Highly recommended. His entire staff is great.

My doctor is dr. knab. I have nothing but praise for that doctor I went there after suffering for months and within days everything was back almost to normal. if I start to have issues now I just called the doctor and set up an appointment and he takes care of everything for me
