I have had them as my pain specialist for over 10 years I miss 1 appointment because I had worked a 12 hour night shift and when I could get another appointment it was the last one of the day made me wait an hour then told me I was no longer a paitent

Have had several unpleasant visits with one particular PA. Treated with disrespect on multiple visits!!! I will not be going back and this lady PA should not be working at any job that interfaces with the public!!! She is extremely condescending! She makes unfounded accusations and trys to intimidate.

I am a new patient at this doctors office and I must say that I have never been talked to in such a disrespectful, confrontational and unprofessional manner as I was talked to today by a nurse. I am 75 years young and have interacted with many professional people through the years but nurse Riley just jumped on me verbally, and talked down to me in a manner that was totally uncalled for. She came to the front window and did not give me a chance to tell her that my pharmacist needed to hear from her before they could release the medication that I am on. I was shocked and embarrassed because there were people in the waiting area and I asked her to please not speak to me in such a sharp tone of voice. But she did not care She is very unprofessional! I am very disappointed because I really like Allison the PA who I met on my first visit there. Dr. Genelli did a very good job giving me the injections today and his staff were very nice and considerate! The person at the front desk hasn’t had proper training in how to communicate professionally to someone who is there for help with their appointment. I really can’t imagine why these people are so rude and unprofessional except that they are unhappy with their jobs and management is doing nothing about encouraging positive communication skills! But the bottom line is that they should not treat patients in that way! I don’t know if I’ll go back and it’s a shame! Update: I wanted to sleep on this before making my decision to quit having these doctors as my doctors! I feel the same way and have canceled my future appointment with you! I am a honest respectful and respectable mature woman and in no way did I deserve to be spoken to in the manner in which your nurse spoke to me! It is unfortunate that someone who is supposed to be a professional, and especially one who deals with people in the healthcare system, has no respect for others!

I've been going here about 2 years. I've not had any of the issues other people have posted. I've been treated with respect, not rushed and had things explained to me. They call me back to make appointments for my treatments in a timely manner and get me in rather quickly without waiting for a long time to be seen which is important to me. I've never had any issues with Dr Gemelli and I think he is polite, efficient and does what hes supposed to do which is all I ask.
