Incredible care! I highly recommend Port City! Having had 4 prior back surgeries, I felt like I was given the best care and concern for my pain. Tests are ordered in a timely manner and follow is done in the same manner!! UPDATE: I have lost all faith in this office! I have now been twice. I am 3 months past my tests. I can not get even a call returned . I have left polite message after message and repeatedly was told that my provider did not have a medical assistant any longer. Well I can understand this to a point. I have an up coming appointment that I need 2 answers before I can move forward with my next appointment.. I am growing extremely concerned with trusting my Neurosurgeon needs with this office. Going forward my fear is that if I am post surgical and have a severe complication and not being able to reach a provider during office hours and especially after hours. I live 90 minutes away from Wilmington. I need to be able to trust that my Neurosurgeon can provide care for me. I am so very disappointed!!! I am going to have to start the process of finding another provider if I do not hear from them in the next 48 hours! .

Dr. Adam Brown, Chris, and all of their team are very caring and knowledgeable, necessary in a doctor's office. April and Christie were especially efficient and caring. I had great success with my OLIF surgery -- no more back pain! Pain is back 24/7 and no doctors in this week. They won’t see me til August 30 and they have no doctor on call either. Not good. I will try my best to find a reliable doctor who can help me.😢

Your have to call them to find out. but i hope for you that they are. Dr Alsina is amazing his staff is 2nd to none.Hes done work on my wife should say rescued her
