Arrived at their showroom after traveling over an hour. Door was locked but they were open. Called and they said I had to make an appointment which is not on their website. Explained that I wanted to see a specific tile and have driven over a hour I would like to see the tiles I was interested in, and talk to a sales rep. They said unless I was going to purchase tile today they would not allow me to come in. If they treat their customers like this even before they come into the store, I am sure it would go downhill from that.

I walked into your showroom in Wilmington, NC today, it was 5 minutes after 4 pm, closing time. I asked the woman in the office if there was anyone who could help me. She was kurt. Told me she was on the phone and that they closed at 4 o'clock. Granted, I had just gotten off of work and did not look very presentful. I wanted to inquire about 1500 sq, ft. of marble tile. I got the brush off and you will not receive the order. Try being a little more courteous in the future and don't judge a book by the cover. Fish

Picked up tile for backslash. Seemed to be understaffed or over worked. Show room was dead and getting help was hard because they had to run back and forth
