I donate stuff weekly, so I frequently here often. I love looking through the store, and finding treasures! Just like everywhere else, unfortunately, the prices have been on the rise.

1. They completely removed the changing rooms so you can't try clothes on until you get home. 2. One staff member told me that I could return clothes, which is what the receipt also says. When I came to return the clothes that didn't fit I was told that they don't take returns but I could make an exchange. (I do not want to go through that whole thing again.) Value Village was my favorite thrift store but I won't be back.

Was stopped at door by an empoyee insisting that my purse that I purchased at macys was from value village and that I was stealing it I asked her to check the cameras we waited for over 10 minutes while someone “checked the cameras” I asked her how long it was going to be because I had to pick my son up and she said she wasn’t sure and was very rude and asked to search my purse and I let her and she picked up my wallet and said this is ours too it made me a bit nervous because that’s my wallet. It’s got cash and all kinds of things in it I didn’t want value village to try and take it so I told the women I was leaving. She said I was banned from value vilage now. I wish they had acually checked the cameras before banning someone who didn’t steal from them

Will never go back. Prices are high for a thrift store. You can't return items. Staff are rude. Everything smells. I could literally find similar items on sale at Macy's for the same price. I paid $17.99 for a pair of sweat pants and $4.99 for a game. The pants didn't fit and the person who I bought the game for already had it. I tried to return them. After waiting in line 15 min, I was told they don't do returns. So I paid $23 for junk I was stuck with. I consoled myself by telling myself it was a donation to charity. But then I tried to look up their 990, and found articles about how VV was sued for misleading advertising about how much they donate. Apparently, very little of what you pay actually goes to charity. I will take my donations elsewhere from now on. The Whatcom Humane Society has a thrift store, for example, and there are other places where your donations actually do good (instead of feeding the pockets of top executives.) Plus those smaller thrift shops have better prices, to boot.

The corner of the building about 20 feet away from the entrance. There will be a big Donations drop off sign above or Kitty corner of the door.

They open at 10 am now instead of 11 AM, but I want to say they still close at 7PM. Because I was always finished shopping at Winco, by 10 and they were still closed until 11AM, I would go to Goodwill, but the last time I went by they changed their hours opening finally at 10AM.
The value Park means you get more for your money more for your dollar in Village means like a group of Living Spaces or people (community). I think that answers that question. :)
Yes and no lol you can donate as much as you like but are currently asking that you do not donate big pieces of furniture, only things one person can lift and as always no chemicals or gasoline products. When you pull up fill the bin yourself and if you would like a coupon & tax slip wait at your trunk and a attendient will hand you one in a basket. Current store hours are 11-7 everyday

Only if they are new and still in the plastic bag or if no bag, then original price tag and no scuffs/stains, etc. However all throw pillows are accepted.
You'll need to cintsct the store for that type of information.
Just ask at the register, the cashier will get you all signed up
Not sure but they always have great deals, best selection, call them, or get the app . you'll get updates on sales.
That is an item(s) you would have to check on frequently. I do see them occasionally.
