The worst system ever. The automated system is horrible. It doesn’t give you the option to choose to speak with someone. You can never reach anyone. The call volume is always high.

We was sitting for almost an hour and still nobody attended us and it was a very small day

They other parent will be served papers regarding the case. If they don't come in for DNA testing, the Department will obtain a court order for them to do so. If they still don't the Department will get a writ (warrant) for their arrest.
Yes
If you do not have a court order for time sharing, visitation, or where the child should reside; then you should probably speak to an attorney about your opinions. The Department of Revenue Child Support Program does not get involved in these issues.
Pray.
The office hours are 8am to 5pm.
You'll need to go into the office to determine that and to sign the written agreement.
Get over there and report it.
This can happen as many times as you request, however it's approved as long as there's a substantial change in circumstance that is permanent & involuntary (e.x, parental time sharing, unable to work due to disability, or change in income); the in the support amount has to be 10% but not less than $25.00 a month if it's over 3 years, however if it's less than 3 years, it has to be 15% but not less than $50.00 a month.
I would always check with a child support office first, as some people can't cancel their child support case. There are some circumstances that don't allow it.
Not at the local child support office; go to the depository.
Visit your local child support office & ask for a public records request of your case; verify with a manager to ensure the request is going to be submitted correctly.

Yes, there are families that are separated or are going through a divorce. Parents are able to pursue child support through DOR. If you're an intact family & are receiving public assistance, your spouse will have to be added to your public assistance case so they're not pursued for support.

Yes, if they reopen their to comply with DCF or other reasons. Once the order is terminated, the process starts over, meaning the parent that owes support has to be served and the retro period only goes back 2 years from the day they're served.
Pay her either in checks or money order stating on the memo line what it is for.
You probably owed lump sum of child support. That's why they go after your tax refund. That's ok. You're better off that way. And when everything is up to date you'll get your money. The only thing that can screw u over is losing your job.

You need to go into the office and speak to someone. They will update they info in their data base. Try calling them first. I know it's a hassel but it's a lot easier.
