If I could give it less than one star I would. We are making a line by appointment and we have not yet been served. We have been waiting for more than 3 hours and nothing. The attention is terrible, especially one lady (she has no identification so I don't know the name, but she was in the position on 12/27/202) who is the one who takes the patient's information. With a group of people we were forced to complain since they are bringing in people who did not have an appointment and who arrived after all of us. Both the staff and the "supervisor" treated us terrible, yelled at us and told us that if we were not satisfied to leave. Incredible disrespect. Even the "supervisor" told a boy who was ahead of me that they were a private company and that he did not care how long we had been on the line. The appointment was at 3:42 pm and it is 6:37 pm and we are still waiting .... The other two guys who took the test were very nice and respectful.

Very poor service, the associates doing the covid test have no experience, neither they do not have people skills, they spend per person 45 mins to process just the information.

excellent choice for antibody test and pcr and antigen. they do make mistakes however so double check the paperwork so you can get results with correct info!
