It is comfortable, clean and has everything I need. The girls at the front desk are friendly and professional. I enjoy the close proximity to Tesla.

Clean rooms but for a relatively new hotel the interior hallway carpets, exterior doors and exterior are already showing wear. Also the problem with pet friendly is that dog owners do not clean up after their pets which means there’s a lot of dog droppings outdoors. You would think that the management would take more pride in keeping the hotel clean since that is by the far the most important part of a customers stay.

Front desk area is very plain, but the bigger than life, Michele, makes it all the better. She was super friendly and knows all about hotel hospitality! The room is very Ikea like. It was a little dusty but that's OK. There's no shampoo/conditioner or blower dryers in room as this is an extended stay hotel. This is a pet friendly hotel and didn't hear any dogs barking. Also there is no restaurant due to Covid. Nice place to stop for the night.

Great clean room, had everything my kids and I needed. Pet friendly was a must and we were happy both my dogs fit in the room with their crates. Beds are comfortable. Front desk lady was super nice, best customer service. Seriously, she was amazing and did a great job. Not much around but a few food places but we stopped in Reno before hand to pick up food since we have dietary restrictions. If you need to food shop stop the closest grocery is Reno.

It's best to call and ask. They're super friendly here so make sure to ask for whatever the lowest rate is. Because there's so many businesses here, I know they have special discounts for those and also a military/veteran discount as well. Oh! Pet friendly also for $10 a week. (We have a room with a single king size bed, the rate sheet on the back of the door says $149.99 for a single person and $159.99 for two or more, but I know that's not what we pay as Tesla employees!)
I stayed one night n it cost 116.50 might call their desk n ask very friendly n helpful staff
I have seen shuttle buses, but do not know pick up place or schedules.
The hotel is now open and the lobby opens every morning at 8am. It is possible that the lobby will be 24hrs very soon, but can not give a definate date as of this writing.
