We got one room that was pretty nice and somewhat clean, but the shower didn’t work, so we were given another room. This other room had roaches all over the walls. The only reason it gets a 2 is because the staff was super nice and understanding.

Positive: Nothing, the place is rundown and I wouldn't book there again. Negative: The room isn't maintained, the place needs a complete overall. Carpets are old and smell, the Aircon air quality stinks, the gap under the front door let's in fumes or people smoking outside. This wasn't the experience of a extended stay I expected.

Let's start with the positives. Customer service is good. I like the location. In 5 mins drive, there is a beautiful river with a walking trail. They have a good size fridge, microwave, two electric stoves and utensils (you have to request it) in the room to accommodate cooking. They do housekeeping every 14 days, but have the option to get new linens and towels when needed. Laundry room could use a little cleaning. If I am paying $ 2.50 to wash and $2.50 to dry my clothes, keeping the laundry free of hair and dirt might be one thing they could easily take care of for a better customer experience. The first room assigned had a vent cover in bathroom removed and had a towel and box of tissue paper shoved inside the hole. Took a picture and showed it to the front desk, she immediately assigned me a new room. In the second room, the floor laminates on the bathroom was peeling off from the side of the sink but it wasn't a big deal for me. I didn't like the smell of the room. Since I was staying there for about 10 days, I bought a room freshener to solve this problem. The overall stay was alright.

Positive: It was a safe place to lay my head for the night. Clean but tiny. . Was relatively quiet and I felt safe .Breakfast was grab and go they has some muffins and granola bars and oatmeal. A way to measure the water would be helpful but overall good. Negative: Rooms are non smoking but still smell of cigarettes bc people smoke outside the door with the door open. Kinda defeated the purpose. Outlets are on one side if the bed and across the room .No where plug anything up on the other side of the bed.
