It's pretty rough for a 4.0 rated hotel. We arrived and none of the rooms were ready at check in time. We reserved a queen, ended up in a double room of twins without the front desk even saying anything about the change. Despite having two double beds there were only 2 pillows. Everything is run down and pretty dirty. Definitely no where near as nice looking as the online photos. Room smelled of smoke and cheap cleaning chemicals. Television remote doesn't work. Nothing but a bar of soap for washing with. Shower curtain is moldy. Side of toilet literally has feces on it. A/C has been running non stop since before we even arrived and is so inefficient that its still the same temperature despite it cooling off outside. No fan in the bathroom. Weird marks of maybe food on the ceiling and walls. Definitely not what we expected.

The staff is super friendly. Actually some of the best staff of any hotel and I'm in hotels 365 days a year and many times I'm double booked. The rooms are large and clean. Its low end so it's a little rough around the edges but great for working out of town etc.

Front desk was very busy when we checked in but they seemed to make sure everyone was taken care of. I loved my stay, I stayed with friends and the beds were very comfy! Property is huge and really pretty, colorful flowers out front. Will be back without a doubt

I was here over the weekend for furniture market, it was a great stay in my opinion. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had everything I needed. Front desk Nita was super helpful and GM Rachel was so sweet and nice. We really enjoyed our weekend and will be returning in October for the next furniture market
