I pulled up to the drive thru at 120 it took 7 mins for me to reach the. Front which was fine and great but it was 127 and the lady posts note on the window saying 130-200 break but ma’am that’s lying because it wasn’t 130 now if I needed your services till 130 then you place the note up but honestly I’m very upset because 130 is 130 not 127 128 it’s 130 !

The pharmacist, Natalie Roura, hung the phone up on my husband. Once we arrived at the pharmacy, Natalie and prescriber, Charles Sheldon, had a very bad attitude. This was the wrong customer service ever. Not to mention, no patient-centerness.

If you're using the drive thru, don't go btwn 7:45am-8:30am, 12 noon-1:30pm, and 4:30pm-6:30pm unless you're prepared to be in a line of cars. The line moves fairly quickly but has been as many as 6 cars waiting.

Folks at the Pharmacy are nice, but clearly overworked and understaffed. Shame on the management, maybe try getting out of your chair and hiring more people.
