Well...in less than a year, glasses just broke on its own. We went to warby parker and purchased a glasses for 100 including tax. Customer service was excellent and they said they'll replace the glasses if anything happens in six months. That's $50 extra and $ 27 just to use that "protection" from Stanton optical. If you have a teenager or looking to purchase glasses for the first time, I'd recommend warby parker or somewhere else. I've worn glasses before and they don't usually just snap on their own. Stenton glasses are junks and they come in cheap plastic case. My son was surprised warby parker was so nice. They advertise low price but you'll end up paying far more. And I'm not in anyways affiliated with warby parker. I just don't want anybody getting scammed after seeing cheap advertisement. We purchased two glasses in October and with the insurance it came out to be almost 400. Just last week, one of the glass frame broke where it houses the glass while he was listening to his teacher. Even his teacher was surprised it just popped on its own. Man... When I took it back after 4months, they charged me 20% to replace it with added warranty. Extra 27 dollars(?). I've worn glasses myself for over twenty years since I was a kid until I got lasik and this never happened to me once. If I would have known, I would have gone to Costco for better glasses for cheaper price. I'd never go back there again... I was already not happy with their tactic of adding extra costs when we first purchased these. You can buy these frames off of Amazon for less than 10 bucks. Don't fall for their advertisement. Without insurance, the price was close to 700 for two glasses. You really can't get much lower than that The exact glass we've got after paying extra for replacement is Broken by the rim. Only, this time, I saw how it broke. He dropped the glasses on our wood kitchen floor and it broke. Last time was on its own while he was sitting on his chair at school. Glasses should last at least a year. we went through two glasses in less than six months. Your price isn't cheaper than other places depite what you advertise. They are actually very expensive considering the quality of your frames...and the cheap cases. I only went because it has been so long before I had to buy glasses or I would have gone to costco or other stores.

Customer service what great! The Telehealth/Virtual Exam Experience was poor very impersonal. I don't have confidence in my prescription which I was given. I'm not even sure if the person giving me the exam was an actual doctor or if he was just following the computer prompt. The person giving the exam, didn't ask me any questions on my need of glasses or contacts. My desire of the exam was to obtain an RX for progressive lenses and bifocal contacts. However I'm unsure if that's what I received. I will now have to go to another office and pay for another exam.
