There is such a lack of true electronics stores anymore. Best buy is kind of like a toy store for me. I can just walk through the isles and look at all the new technology. Plus their employees actually know what they are talking about. So if I need help, I have all the confidence in asking them.

I am very excited to say Thank You to the young lady who helped. Usually I get the," Good Grief it's an old woman!" She was courteous, friendly and willing to repeat instructions. Got home and it works. I don't remember her name but she had orange hair.

The staff was very friendly, and knew thier stock and what they had available. They unfortunately did not have the phone accessory in stock. They did a great sale on video games for Christmas.

I believe the boost store would have the better selection, im not aware of Best buy free phone programs.

All calls go to a national call queue. The store does not have people there that answer phones. You can chat with someone online too at bestbuy.com.
They do but you have to schedule an appt to get prices.

According to the specs available online the memory for the Samsung Tab 4 Nook is expendable to 32 gbs with Micro SD. Any Best Buy or department store will have micro SD cards. Just be sure not to exceed the 32 gbs card.

Geek squad should have the parts to fix your TV. The led went out in it it sounds like the bulb filament busted. But they should be able to fix that problem depending on the TV brand.
I'm not positive but I think they do. Had one put in and I believe there was a truck in one of the bays. A call to Best buy would probably be best. Good luck.

It is Insignia at Best Buy. They are good. But inexpensive.
You cannot sell hard drives with Windows pre-installed. You have to buy the Operating System seperate from hard drives. It is not too hard to start an installation of Windows from scratch.
