Very disappointing I spent two days at the Hampton Inn. First night we had trouble opening the door to our room. It was 2:00 am. and we were not able to get in bed because all of our things were locked in another room. At 2:00 a.m. then ended up moving to a different room. The bathroom door would not locked and made a terrible noise. I complaint at the reception and was informed that there was no other room available. The second day, the air conditioner was not working. It was 88 degrees outside and needed to get ready for a wedding. I was informed that they did not have any other rooms available and that they will fixed the AC. After returning from the wedding, the AC my room was at 78 degrees. The AC was not fixed and I was not able to sleep in. I woke up the next day at 7:00 a.m. as I was sweating. Very bad customer service. Please don't waste your money.

Not the best hotel experience we've had, to be honest. We were made aware (by our friends, who were also staying here) that the hotel had had a water pipe break, so there was water damage, peeling wallpaper and dozens of fans blowing between the lobby and each of the floors. So we did expect this at check in, but the conditions were not awesome since the hallways were very hot/humid and smelly and the smell had gone into the rooms as well. So not the usual clean smelling place you're happy to stay. We also had an issue where our room door broke completely and we were locked inside our room. We called down to the desk and the gentleman there went up and down a few times to try to help, with no success. They ended up calling a maintenance person from home, who arrived about 30 minutes later. In all, we were locked in our room for almost an hour. After they got the door open, we had to pack our things and move to a new room. I was happy something else was available, but the room wasn't as clean as expected, but it being way after midnight, there wasn't much we could do. All in all, not a great experience and the $40 credit towards our room seemed like not enough to make up for it. We had expected a full refund for our night and did mention that, but were given only a small credit (instead of $145 for the night it was $105). Definitely not a great deal and we wouldn't stay there again.
