The gentleman at the front desk was super helpful and cared about my stay. I can't remember his name but he was new to the hotel. Bed was very comfortable! No complaints about my stay.

Positive: Room was clean Negative: Booked room that was pictured with big oversized whirlpool tub, got one with smaller model. Apparently they have 2 different styles but only picture 1.

Was wonderful. First couple nites, we stayed in a room with 2 full size beds. The last 2days, 1 nite we upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi, and balcony over looking the indoor pool. Kids loved it and I was impressed myself.
