We came in with a large party (11) and the manager immediately made us feel like family. The server was so nice and polite, even with all of our substitutions, add-one, etc. The food was what you’d expect from IHOP, but the service was outstanding!

Never disappointed..great staff great breakfast/comfort food. Always adding something new even though I end up ordering the same thing 😆. 5 stars because I can't remember when I was disappointed or why 😉 and their blueberry pancakes are the next best since my Grandma Jama's.. 💗

Family and I came in tonight, hadn’t been there in quite a while. There were 6-8 tables of customers and 3 servers. After waiting a few minutes (nobody else waiting to be seated) we were seated. About 5 minutes later, another family was seated at the booth closest to us. A few minutes later, a family of 8 came in and were seated. After being seated for 10 minutes, the server that seated is came and took the drink order of the family in the booth by us. A couple minutes later, another server came out to take the dunk order of the family of 8. I told my family that it was time for us to go somewhere else since we were obviously not going to get waited on. We then went to the restaurant I wanted to go to in the first place and left our normal 25% tip that the servers at IHOP missed out on. I had heard it had went downhill, and now I have my proof, done with that place!!

Breakfast was very good. My grand daughter had a large breakfast and loved it all. It was hot when she got it all also. I myself had the turkey melt which I found delicious but too large to eat it all. I only ate half the sandwich and a few fries. I definitely would buy it again.
