Huge improvement with the remodel! The employees were always friendly, but now the store is (and has remained to this current date) very clean and well stocked. It is also conveniently located, so no need to have any reservations about shopping here.

Trying to check out at self checkout, my item won't scan, instead of getting me help the new cashier shakes her head at me saying she doesn't know anything about self check out. Why the heck would you stand there and just do nothing, get someone to help. That's just common sense. Now I'm shaking my head!

This place could be a great place for the people of Boiling Spring Lakes , but there's 2 major problems , 1. They never stock their shelves , there is always carts of unboxed merchandise in the aisles , and if you ask for help finding an item , the only employee visible is the cashier and she don't know . 2. The staff sucks ! The best employee they had was Miss Patsy and since she resigned it's went down hill , seems like everyone they hire is lazy or rude acting, so I seldomly shop there , and I think when they gave the store a makeover , they should have included the staff.
