This was absolutely the worst medical facility I have ever been to and the most unprofessional healthcare people I have ever been around. I took my daughter there with a broken toe and seven hours later she was finally released with the toe reset and taped to the toe next to it. I left and got some food for my daughter because she hadn’t eaten in over 12 hours and they wouldn’t let me go back and see her because they had a no visitors policy and she wasn’t a minor. I asked them if they could take the food back to her and they said I’ll check with her nurse. I explained she has a broken toe. I heard the doctor saying I don’t care if she has a snack, she has a broken toe. A young girl with a broken wrist, who was there longer than us, was also still waiting to see a doctor when we left. People with possible Covid symptoms were told to wait outside in the heat. 101 degrees outside. This place is a joke ! DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!

Excellent care. I am a resident of Mariposa. It was my first time at ED. Early Saturday morning on a holiday weekend. Front receptionist, Dr S. and RN P. All, very smart, very caring, great communication. And most importantly. —Excellent follow thru. Analyzed my problem, listened to my needs, recommended best treatment plan and gave me a good description of time line and steps to take for follow up care! Who wants to go to ED at 7:30am on Saturday on a holiday weekend? It was my second ED trip in 10 days to an ED, but the first trip ( out of town). was no comparison to the EXCELLENT QUALITY OF CARE AT JAMES C. FREMONT ED. Thank you are taking such good care of me!

This place is a joke , we went there after a car accident, my 2 younger boys were in the accident and the doctor was a total jerk I almost walked out , he was rude to my children and myself I couldn't believe the audacity of him the nurse was okay , they all need better bed side manners ! I would recommend the trip to merced or fresno over going here anyway
