Excellent breakfast. The employee working the breakfast did a marvelous job keeping up with everything. The hotel was clean. Rooms are a bit worn in places. Specifically the bathroom. It also uses a barn door on the bathroom which doesn’t seal or latch in any way. Not very private. No vent in the bathroom so it gets steamy. Also it is quite loud in the hotel. From slamming doors to outside noise you will hear a lot. You do get a coupon for the Texas Roadhouse next door for a free appetizer. If you are eating there that will provide a little extra value. Even with the complaints, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was nice enough for the price. I would stay here again. If noise bothers you a lot I wouldn’t recommend it.

It was clean and comfortable. However, there wasn't a hot breakfast. The choices were some nasty pastries, cereal, bagels etc. I understand lack of staff bit jeez bring in someone to give the customers a hot breakfast that they are expecting in the morning. I'm sure the majority of us staying there are traveling and don't want to stop somewhere to eat. Ps. As a person with gluten issues and I'm sure I'm not the only one, very disappointed.

overall, it was a nice stay. had some issues with the TV remote, but that's barely anyone's fault. a common problem ive encountered in other Holiday Inns as well is the lack of water pressure in the shower. when engaging the shower head with the lift valve on the main faucet, it does not seal correctly, causing water to spray outwards and sideways. this is minor, but mentionable. the big issue i encountered was around 10 pm, it was extremely noisy in the room below mine. tried to let it go, but then it was 2:30 am. the guests below me were having some kind of party/ band practice. i gave in and alerted the front desk. He took care of it immediately and discreetly. i wish i had said something earlier. i had just driven ten hours from ohio and still had another 8 hours to drive to florida. the lack of sleep made it difficult, but like i said, the person in charge took care of it quickly. its really on me for not saying something sooner. great staff!

Not the best Holiday Inn Express I've been to. The room was clean, beds were comfy, staff was friendly enough. But we could hear every sound in the hallway all night like people were at our own door. The bathroom door, which is a cool looking sliding door, was very hard to slide. It did not slide smoothly at all! And the breakfast left a lot to desire. The food was lukewarm, and the pancake machine barely had any batter in it. The breakfast goes till 9:30, and we got there at 9:05. At 9:15 I went to get a pancake since there was a line when we arrived and the machine was opened up. The (male) manager said that "she" (I'm assuming he meant the person running breakfast) was cleaning everything up. The food had already been removed for the most part, leaving oatmeal packets and a few bagels available. I went back to my seat to wait for my son to finish eating and the manager and woman running breakfast pulling garbage bags out right next to our table. The woman told the gentleman that she wanted to get our trash before taking it out. So he stood there with the open trash bag waiting for us to finish! It was very rude and made us really uncomfortable.
