Friendly staff 5/5 Now let's get to the room. Bed super soft my boyfriend and I both where out like lights. We did have a King sweet and im pretty sure we stayed in room 310. It was clean, probably one of the nicer BW we have stayed in in quit some time. Bathroom I really wanna give a 4.5 shower was AMAZING, it has perfect water pressure and they know ya boy likes it HOT. The only downfall of the bathroom was the toilet. It was connected to anything so when you sat on it, it moved a lot. The nature of our stay was just one night decided not to drive home through all the storms and found this place for a great price. I would honestly stay here again and hope the toilet was better secured.

Bad location...keep your wallet close. Multiple flush toilet or it clogged. Shower head is loose. Tubs is slippery. Breakfast is very minimal.

Have stayed in a lot of Hotels and this one was by far one of the best! The staff was excellent. The room was very clean. If we are every in the area again we will definitely book a room here! I highly recommend this hotel for whatever you may be in town for. We were there for a Graduation at Fort Jackson. Easy 20 minute drive.

Absolutely terrible. The bed felt like I was sleeping on concrete. I got about 4 hours of sleep total in 8 hours. I'm writing this as I try to get some sleep in the chair. The toilet is about 14" off of the floor and could not be used as I would never get off of it. I am 56, 6'4" with some back and leg issues. Why would ownership decide to buy such low bowls? If you like a rock hard bed and are in good shape, then go for it... If you want to spend $160+ for a 2 star hotel at best. Oh, and no TV channel guide (no extras at the desk) and no do not disturb sign. At least the room was clean and fresh looking. Best Western has gone down the tubes.
