An excellent location at a great price! The staff is fantastic. Management goes out of their way to help and provide the best customer service. The most important people there is everybody. The cooks, bartenders, front desk personnel, housekeeping, you name it. They are doing and did a fantastic job during my 13 day stay. It’s so difficult finding hard workers and anyone who wants to work in the hospitality industry especially after the pandemic however these fine people show up everyday and don’t get enough credit. Thank you Home2 and HGI! Job well done.

Absolute worse customer service ever. My family and I were never greeted properly. First thing staff said was I hope your not having a full blown birthday party. Told me I could only have 3 guest. My son turned 9 and had tears in his eyes. Then I paid for my room in advanced which was required but had to sit in the lobby over 2 hours with my 3 kids and boyfriend because there were no rooms available. I ask 3 times what’s going on and was rudely told your room is not ready. There’s nothing I can do. I watched them check plenty people that came in after me. After 2.5 hours was told we can give you a different room like wouldn’t the right thing to do was offer that to begin with instead of leaving us in the lobby for that long. If you guys demand people pay in advance. Them rooms should be available in advance .I have never had this type of experience. Even the cheaper hotels have better customer service then this. I was not expecting this at all. The staff closed the pool early because they didn’t want to do there jobs. There were never no pool towels. Then the next day I ask for wash clothes and towels 3 times so my family and I could wash and was never given them so we had to wait until we got home. No kind room service because they do not answer phones. I will never book here again. I deserve partial refund for spending my time in the lobby instead of my room

The hotel is great. Staff are friendly and helpful. It has everything you need onsite- great restaurant over at the Hilton (in the same building), an awesome bartender named Tracey who gave great recommendations for dinner and drinks, and a very nice indoor pool and workout room. The breakfast was also good. The grab and go omelets and breakfast biscuits are great for people who would rather eat in the privacy of their room (or for when other guests are letting their children hog up the waffle makers). The only reason I gave four stars was because we were woken up a little after 4 am because the smoke alarm went off due to some pot smoking, loud, obnoxious partiers a couple of doors down. Not the hotel’s fault, but it was the only negative in an otherwise great stay.

Great room, really nice shower and beds. Breakfast had great egg omelets and our daughter loved the waffles. Didn't have wifi and took about 15 min of being on the phone with their tech company to get it to work.
