Checked in...checked right out. They were nice about refunding the room. Room smelled like smoke. Nice front desk people....just made a mistake stopping.

Giving a 5/5 because of good service. We needed somewhere to stay for the night and all rooms were booked but the manager asked if we could want 15 mins for him to clean and we agreed. It was cold outside and he welcomed us in. He was efficient and quick with the cleaning and payment. I mean we didn’t expect a super nice 4 or 5 stars hotel. It’s old, a little run down, and there are things that need to be fixed. But the staff were nice and accommodating!

It looked very nice but the room was dirty and just nasty it smelled like weed the bathroom wasn't clean the bedspread was nasty

The rooms didn't look anything like it was online. Once I opened the room door roaches was on the dresser draw. I pulled the spread back and blood was on the spread... The sheets and pillow cases were not clean. Notified the manager and he told me that it was buffalo wing sause on it... PLEASE NEVER NEVER GO THERE THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM JUST YOUR MONEY... MANAGEMENT WAS NASTY AND RUDE
