I do want to share horrible experience. I purchased a ticket online and went bus station early money, It didn't arrive on expected time and waited like two more hours. The bus never arrived meanwhile they didn't inform me about the ticket cancellation and didn't provide any updates about what happened to the bus.

No, this is only a Greyhound stop. You'll need to order online, and if you can, print your tickets. Some drivers accept the digital copy, some don't.
