Bartenders aren't knowledgeable, especially the 70 yr old bartender. Was out of FIREBALL for atleast 2 months. Seating isn't the greatest. But they're trying. For entertainment a couple months back there was a comedy night. Slot machines & pool table.

Been coming here since it opened. Great food nice bartenders. Now no food lousey service. I only come on Sundays for football. Last week there was no tp in the bathroom so I mentioned it to the bartender she kept looking at her phone. So the next time I went to the lobby bathroom and brought a hand full of towels to put in the other bathroom. Ice machine was melting all over the floor could have fallen mentioned it to the night time manager. She copped an attitude and stood behind me running her mouth. But I was in the wrong. I work customer service 5 days a week at Lowe's and the customer is always right. Guess I can't be a customer hear cuz yr voice is not cared for. Screw this place sorry Manny.

Nardo Wick

Wings are good, but when the bartender asked if I wanted a drink, I responded "i dont know yet". He proceeds to make fun of my voice and say "I'm definetly going to card you now. Putting on the deep voice act". I'm a grown, 200 plus pound grown man. Completely turned me off from wanting to drink here.

Aur Beck

Quick bar food and burgers. Even though it is attached to to Best Western it has a different owner. I got a pick 3 sampler which was fried cheese curds, portabella fries, & loaded potato skins and smoky Cajun wings. The place is the cleanest and quietest place to get a burger. Service was extremely quick
