Terrible experience. I waited an hour to be seen. Afterwards, I responded to their in-house survey saying I wasn’t happy with the wait and Dr. Vu’s inability to apologize. A few days later, I received a certified letter terminating our doctor patient relationship. I suppose she was teaching me a lesson!? She’s unprofessional and immature to say the least.

Terrible place to go to. The staff is extremely incompetent, Dr. Vu doesnt ever call you back as a patient to discuss anything as she is always BUSY for her patients. Dr. Vu relies on her rude and incompetent staff to deal with your ailments urgent or not. If you have COVID symptoms just call someone else because they cannot help you here. The billing coordinator always screws up the bills and never fixes anything especially if you have insurance. Do not go there!!!!!There are plenty of awesome doctors that actually care about their patients and aren't money hungry like this Dr. Vu. Very unfortunate!!!

I went for a Covid booster. I am insured by Aetna. Dr. Vu first tried to see if I needed eye treatment from her husband who owns the business next door. When I didn't she insisted I get a blood test. After the test I got the booster which should have been free. Now I am getting bills from Quest Diagnosis for FOURTEEN TESTS saying I requested them. Dr. Vu jacked up the bill requiring 14 tests to get a Covid booster. She is dishonest. Aetna should not allow her in the network.

I'd this place 0 ⭐ but it's not an option. Dr. Vu has been my primary care doctor for years and I now have 2 broken feet and can not walk. They want me to come in to see them and say they can not help me with out me coming in.
