We had to get a new stove. I called Lowes yesterday and spoke to Stacy in appliances. She was very kind and patient with my millions of questions. So we went to the store today and she helped us once again very patient since we had no clue what we want. Long story short she helped us pick the stove that was the best fit for us. More stores should have such professional and kind employees. I surely hope her superiors see this review. She is highly recommended. Barbara Widitz

Every time I go to Lowe's, there are changes that make it not worth shopping here anymore. I was given a store credit for my return. I then ordered a new heater through plumbing. I never received a call. I sent my sister to pick up the item. They tell her that it would take to long to come into the store and refunded her on a store credit card and told her to buy it online. The problem is that the credit is now linked to my sister's license and I live 3 hours away. Second problem is the store credit cannot be used online. It's for in-store only and no one will fix the issue. So I decided to buy tools. Another problem is that craftsman is now sold all over and no Makita brand. Soon the store will be selling women's laundry and kids toys. What's the point of a hardware store that has no hardware, less quality tools, and hire's associates that do not know what a tool is for in tool world. People invest stock into organizations like this? Update, I ordered two 5 shelve racks online. When arriving in the store for pickup, no one knew where the order was. Apparently they gave it for free with another order to another person. That person happily walked out with products not for them. How is it associates check boxes when checking out, yet they do not look at an order to see what products a person is taking home? Everytime I go to Lowe's it's a problem! Hello mom and pop shops, done with corporate companies!!

I didn't know where else to post this so I'm posting it here. I ordered a Fridge online and it was delivered from the Saint Clair,PA Lowes. Horrible experience!! First, they need a better system to let you know when they are arriving. I got a notification they would arrive between 430 and 830. Then at 1230 I get a text they are on their way. So I emptied all my food. Didn't show up until 530. So had to throw half my food out cuz it sat out allllll day. They get here and tell me the Fridge won't fit through my door way. Company policy is they need an "extra two inches to deliver" well you could of told me this when I was ordering. So they will leave it in my living room and it would be up to me to get it in the kitchen. Fine. Well they removed all my doors to get it in the house. Put them back together before they left but lost the piece to my storm door so now my storm door is broke and I had to buy a piece to replace that. Went to move the Fridge. Literally just had to remove the doors n it slid right in. Why couldn't your movers do it?!?! I am so disappointed!!!! Never again. My delivery man was "Petry"

They install their products and as far as delivery fee I don't believe there would be delivery fee if they are installing the door/
15 $ is the highest down to 6$ doe half inch. Home depot has a better price and selection. Price is very dependent on availability or so it depends on the diameter.
Im not sure .But I dont think they hsve contracters or istallers!
