Professional and courteous staff. Treated throughly and with care. This was a pleasant surprise as generally some urgent care facilities can leave a lot to be desired. Two thumbs up

I have never received better service in my life. Any where, any place, any thing. I felt so taken care of. Nicole, Sue, and Danielle genuinely cared about my well-being. (I was struggling too). I also went late in the day right before closing time. They could have easily rushed me out of there so they could go home. I’m from Louisiana and will be tempted to fly back to Pennsylvania next time I’m sick! Just kidding but seriously. This place is GREAT. 10/10

I stopped by med express to be seen quickly by a doctor and was less than prepared for the appointment. I realized I had no insurance card with me valid id or credit or debit card due to a stolen wallet. The lady at the front desk, Cynthia, was an absolute angel. She went well above and beyond what she had been expected to do for me and she made certain I was seen by someone. She is the perfect example of someone who should be working in the medical field. If everyone in the medical facilities would be like Cynthia it wouldn't be so hard to find a good place to go to be seen. Her help was much appreciated and she did more than she knows for me today. I will let everyone know the world class care she gave today and hopefully she is noticed by the the people who matter for her extraordinary work. Thank you Cynthia!!!!
