I take my youngest daughter here to be taught how to talk and the doctor is so patient with her. My daughter has been talking a little bit and I feel the doctor is doing great with my daughter ability

The New Orleans Speech and Hearing Center is WONDERFUL. My granddaughters go there and everyone from the ladies at the front desk to their speech therapist are Hard working, courteous, kind and patience. They really care about their clients, families, and their jobs.

I just left here with my 2 kids… MELODY/MELODIE was very rude, impatient, and lacked the warmth necessary to work with children. She seemed annoyed from the very beginning of our encounter, and it was unwarranted. She was completely void of empathy and patience while sticking the probe in my 3 year old child’s ear. My child was clearly grimacing in pain. When advised, she responded that the probe did not hurt. She then impatiently removed his hand from reaching for the bucket of blocks used for the test. Of course a bucket of blocks would attract any child’s attention. She should not be working with children at ALL!

I think they see a wide range of ages, from children who are referred to them to adults
